Service Description

The massage focus is site specific work on mobility restricted or chronic muscle tension area. Long stretching movements with holding points of stationary pressure to aid in the release of fascial tissue and increase movement.

Cancellation Policy

Ethics - Elevate Wellness & Therapeutic Massage and its therapists, reserve the right to end or refuse to schedule sessions at any time for inappropriate behavior, action, or illegal request. Any fees paid by the client will not be refunded. *A client can end a session and report the incident if there is inappropriate behavior or illegal request is implied has occurred by a therapist.* Service area is limited to 45 minutes from 143 NJ-73, Voorhees, NJ 08043. Forms for intake and consent should be completed and given to the therapist upon arrival if not done online. Session cannot begin unless forms have been filled out entirely and legible. Draping with a standard size twin sheet will be used for services that require a massage table and the client has removed any clothing, no exceptions. Any account balance due must be paid before we will schedule an appointment. If you want to pay by digital invoice, we will send one and it must be paid within an hour of receipt or the appointment will be canceled. Table Massage requires 8 ft. L by 4 ft. W for set up. Due to the weight of the equipment used, Elevate Wellness & Therapeutic Massage can not offer table massage services to locations such as multi level apartments, tower buildings, condominiums, etc. that do not have functioning elevators. Sessions will be on the first level of the dwelling. We reserve the right to cancel a session if the therapist is not able to safely carry the equipment to the entry door and inside. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to appointment will be charged a $30.00 reservation fee. Rescheduling must be made 72 hours prior to appointment. If we are unable to fill that time you will be charged a $30.00 reservation fee. No Show/Not Home are charged the full session amount. No refunds if paid in advance. Memberships cannot be combined with any other offers, specials, coupons, gift cards, loyalty rewards/points, or referral rewards/points. In the event of bad weather you will be contacted as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Gratuity is not required. There are risks with massage that include but not limited to, superficial bruising, short-term muscle soreness, and exacerbation of undiscovered illness or injury and you release the company and individual therapist from all liability if these occur during or after a session.
